I first began my journey with yoga and mindfulness in 2019 and have been a lifelong student ever since. As a coach, I specialise in business and corporate coaching, helping professionals cultivate mindfulness, compassion, and resilience in the workplace.
I am passionate about empowering individuals and organisations to achieve their full potential by integrating mindfulness into their daily routines. In addition to my coaching work, I regularly attend trainings and programs to deepen my own understanding and practice of mindfulness and compassion.
My philosophy as a yoga teacher and mindfulness coach is to take a holistic approach, emphasizing the mind-body connection through breathwork and meditation, while empowering students to develop their own practice and cultivate self-awareness and self-compassion in a safe and supportive space that embraces diversity and inclusivity.
