About Me

My name is Seda, and I am a certified mindfulness coach and yoga teacher, as well as an engineering manager in the IT industry.

I first began my yoga journey in 2010 by practising and started teaching in 2019. Since then, I have been a lifelong student, with a focus on practicing mindfulness and meditation. As a coach, I specialize in business and corporate coaching, helping professionals cultivate mindfulness, compassion, and resilience in the workplace.

I am passionate about empowering individuals and organisations to achieve their full potential by integrating mindfulness into their daily routines. In addition to my coaching work, I regularly attend trainings and programs to deepen my own understanding and practice of mindfulness and compassion.

My philosophy as a yoga teacher and mindfulness coach is to take a holistic approach, emphasizing the mind-body connection through breathwork and meditation, while empowering students to develop their own practice and cultivate self-awareness and self-compassion in a safe and supportive space that embraces diversity and inclusivity.


As a yoga teacher, I have the power to enhance your students' practice by incorporating mindfulness practices into my classes. By doing so, I create a supportive and nurturing environment where your students can cultivate greater self-awareness, presence, and compassion. 


Completing an International Mindfulness Teachers accredited training and International Coaching Federation accredited Coaching Program with Breathing Mind means that an individual has undergone a comprehensive and rigorous program that meets the high standards set by the International Mindfulness Teachers Association (IMTA).
